Bridge of Hope Greater Denver engages Christian faith communities to end family homelessness through neighboring relationships that demonstrate Christ's love. Its mission is to end and prevent homelessness for women and children in the Denver metro area by calling churches into action. In FY 22-23, it partnered with 25 families facing homelessness in the Greater Denver area, providing rental assistance and professional support to 25 single mothers and 53 children.

Program areas at Bridge of Hope Greater Denver

During the fy 23-24, Bridge of Hope Greater Denver partnered with 19 families who were facing homelessness in the Greater Denver area. In total, 19 single mothers and 50 children were served. These families benefited from rental assistance; professional support focused on budgeting, career planning and life skills; and a network of volunteers. This combination of resources helped families to stabilize and eventually transition from surviving to thriving. In fy 23-24, 4 families received education, 16 families increased their income, families paid off $15,000 in debt and 7 families graduated to self-sufficiency. Overall, 100% of the graduates maintained stable housing and employment after exiting the Bridge of Hope program.
