Program areas at Bridge Breast Network

The Bridge Breast Network (BBN) provided 851 individuals in 20 North Texas counties with navigation and access to breast health services. The average time from an abnormal screening mammogram to a breast cancer diagnosis was 21 days. 29 new cases of breast cancer were diagnosed. 79% of the cancers diagnosed were early stage. A total of 167 individuals received breast cancer treatment, post treatment and/or survivorship services. The BBN is able to provide early stage breast cancer treatment for approximately $22,000. BBN provided breast/health education to 4,043 individuals.
