The Brennan Center works to: protect voting rights; ensure free and fair elections; balance civil liberties with national security; defend the rule of law; and advance meaningful criminal Justice reform. We conduct research and develop policy proposals in those and related areas. We educate the public on and advocate for our policy proposals.
