Program areas at Boundless Community Pathways

Boundless Community Pathways offers several programs, including: - high-quality residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities who are living in the comfort of their own homes, - Adult day services designed to cater to the needs of the individual, whether they prefer to enjoy their day in a center, participate virtually or engage in community-based activities. At our heart, we're dedicated to uncovering the unique strengths, preferences, interests, and skills that define each individual we serve. We believe in working together to help the people we serve achieve their goals of greater independence, whether it's through gaining competitive, integrated employment or building natural supports within the community.
Sometimes, the only barrier to community integration is transportation. Not everyone Boundless serves has the ability to drive a car. Often, public transportation can't take a person we serve from their home directly to the door of an employer. Family and friends often have their own employment schedules and can't provide reliable transportation either. This is where Boundless steps in. By providing needed transportation, the people we serve can overcome a relatively simple barrier to employment.
Workforce development goes beyond just preparing individuals for specific job requirements. It's about creating connections and fostering a sense of belonging. At Boundless, we specialize in helping employers find the perfect match among qualified job seekers with disabilities. As a dedicated disability and workforce development service provider, we don't stop at job placement. We're committed to offering continuous support to ensure the success of individuals with disabilities in their workplace journey. Your success is our success, and we're here to make that journey as productive and fulfilling as possible.
