Blue Stars Performing Arts for Youth develops life skills in young people through education and achievement in the performing arts. Students learn to apply teamwork, dedication, perseverance, goal setting and discipline. The Blue Stars Drum & Bugle Corps provided approximately 165 students with an opportunity to travel 10,000 miles throughout the US and participate in many community events during FY 2021. Meanwhile, about 80 alumni and supporters of the Blue Stars participated in the annual Maple Leaf parade during Oktoberfest festival with the Blue Stars Alumni Corps.
