Lift - convene global forums educating women and men on the critical issues surrounding the importance of inclusive Leadership, and the role every individual plays in driving change. Promote and facilitate platforms for conversation and action across all levels of an organization.learn - as millennials are now the majority of the workforce, the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative (bjkli) sought to analyze how this group's Leadership styles are transforming business. Our research analyzed three years of data collected by our research partner, deloitte. Our report demonstrated that purpose-driven millennials seek innovation and collaboration, with room to spearhead their own career paths. Leaving behind "the way we've always done it," millennials are finding their own way.a meta-analysis of six robust data sources was performed to identify insights and trends on workplace culture, the impact generational differences have on culture, and the extent to which these outcomes vary across the globe.our research is inspiring and empowering organizations to adapt to the needs and expectations across all generations.the findings in this paper have identified an unprecedented opportunity to shift our cultures in a way that increases engagement and productivity for members of all generations. Lead - host a biennial Leadership conference, in partnership with global corporate leaders and universities, focused on the empowerment, authenticity and development of global talent.
