Bmp commissions,develops and produces contemporary music-theatre works in the form of opera,musical, song cycle, dance, theatre, film, mixed media works, and new forms yet to be discovered. Bmp encourages risk taking artist by creating a structure for the development of new works via experimentation. Bmp presented productions throughout the united states & globally.in the 2021-2002 season, bmp sucessfully resumed production work after the covid 19 pandemic, presenting eight productions across the united states and europe.
