Berean Community and Family Life Center

Berean Community & Family Life Center continues to provide relevant health and wellness programs to the crown heights and surrounding Community. Our Community wide programs brought over 450 persons to our Center for workshops, health screenings and presentations on issues like diabetes, hiv/aids, hepatitis c, stress management, health and nutrition. We were also able to provide over 150 book bags and school supplies to the youth in the Community. Through the Berean Community drumline, we ran a successful summer intensive band camp which included music theory classes, percussion instruction, dance workshops and Life skills classes. The program continues during the academic year serving 15 students. Bcd members are exposed to different cultures and communities as they perform through out the year.
