Benton Franklin Head Start preschool Program provides developmentally appropriate preschool activities for young children and an opportunity for parents to become involved in their children's education. Benton Franklin Head Start is also federally funded to operate a birth to three Program, early Head Start, that is a child development Program that seeks to enhance the development of infants and toddlers by establishing strong partnerships with the parents and the community.
