Program areas at Bennington County Court Diversion

Restorative programs that provide supports and alternatives to the traditional court system. Programs include Juvenile and Adult Court Diversion, DLS reinstatement, youth substance abuse safety program and a variety of restorative invention for youth on probation.
Pre-charge school-based and various preventative programs that provide restorative intervations and support services to help keep individuals out of the traditional court system.
