Since 1933, generations have come through our doors to be educated, entertained, and to engage with other individuals who value the Arts in their lives. Beck Center strives to be known as the leading Arts resource in the community, with more than 60,000 individuals attending classes, lessons and award-winning programs in dance, music, theater and visual Arts, from a five county area and beyond. We are honored to serve individuals of all backgrounds and socioeconomic levels through our robust financial assistance. With more than 200 classes each week serving 3,000+ weekly participants, Beck Center is the place for participants of all ages and abilities to experience the Arts. Integral to our history is our youth theater program, one of the oldest continuously running children/youth theaters in the country. the professional theater program stages thought provoking, vibrant and diverse offerings. Outreach education serves thousands each year with customized field trips, workshops, residences and matinees. Creative Arts therapies are provided for children and adults with disabilities. Beck Center is committed to providing free community programs for those who might otherwise not have an opportunity to experience the Arts, particularly young children and their families. Beck Center staff, faculty, and board are developing strategies to shift power, opportunities, access and resources toward racial justice.
