"Battered But Not Broken empowers women previously incarcerated and suffering from drug and alcohol abuse or violent crimes by providing safe housing and resources. With a mission to teach positive lifestyle choices, promote growth in social, emotional, and spiritual areas, we reduce recidivism while strengthening the community. So far we've provided shelter for 14-16 women and supported them in gaining employment, housing, budgeting, counseling, parenting skills, life coaching and other essential services to help each individual reach their full potential. We are located in Chester, SC.".
