Bacoa social service programs provide life-changing support to improve the quality of daily life for older adults, families, and caregivers.
Bacoa's Aging better program
Studies have demonstrated that isolation and loneliness are serious health risks and lead to illness and premature death - especially for older adults. A "day out" respite program provides an opportunity for those with mild cognitive-related issues to connect and engage with others while also providing care partners a needed break from caregiving responsibilities.
Bacoa's meals with wheels program ensures more than 4,000 nutritional meals are annually served to Barrington Area residents unable to prepare meals for themselves either because of poor health or low income.
