Capital Improvements to Chiang Rai Training CenterB&P maintains a training facility in Chiang Rai used to host training seminars. In 2021 construction began to add a new dining hall, guest rooms, and meeting rooms. Pastor conferences in China & Thailand (Chiang Rai)B&P conducts numerous training seminars for current full-time pastors (akin to continuing education for adults) by guest speakers, as well as by our own pastoral staff. In 2021, we hosted __3___ training seminars in Chiang Rai, Thailand, with over __50__ pastors attending each time. Church Plants/Pastor Support Support of local church bodies in China by supporting Chinese church planters in different cities for a maximum of 3 years. This support allows the church planters to rent a facility if needed, as well as support the church until its membership grows and allows for sustainability. In 2021, we provided monthly support for __100__church planters, at $__100__USD per month, for 12 months.Bibles and Training MaterialsBibles and other Christian material is not always easily accessible or affordable within China. US donors are able to provide Bibles for pastors at the costs of $_3___USD per Bible. B&P also sponsors the cost of printing Bible commentaries and leadership and discipleship materials, as well as distribution of the materials to supported pastors and churches.
