Baptist Homes Society Workers Compensation Trust

The organization's purpose is to provide Workers' Compensation benefits under a self-insured program to employees of a related irc sec. 501(c)(3) organization, Baptist Homes Society. No other employers will participate in the Trust. The organization receives contributions as needed from Baptist Homes Society. The trustee is a banking institution, which will invest and reinvest the Trust principal as authorized by provisions of the Trust agreement. Assets of the Trust are used to pay Workers' Compensation benefits, to pay reasonable expenses of the trustee and administrator, and to pay to the employer any income and/or principal in excess of the required funding amount, when so requested.
