Program areas at Attachment and Trauma Network
Present and exhibit at conferences. Atn crosses the country to both present and exhibit at conferences involving adoption, early childhood Trauma, foster care, teaching traumatized children. Atn creates presentations with the msot up to date, effective information for parents, teachers, and professionals. Our exhibit attracts parents and professionals looking for support and education.
Provide support and education to both members and the public via website. Website includes pages for members with archives of publications and forms to join support groups and a large amount of information for the public. A database is maintained of therapists and professionals who work with traumatized children and their families. A "warm-line" is available for parents to call and recieve a call back within 24 hours. Live support sessions are conducted using online meeting sites.
Materials are created for families to utilize when thay can best absorb the information. Flash cards, webinars to be downloaded and watched on demand and mp3 summits that families can download hours of sessions given by professionals and parents working with early childhood Trauma.
