As part of medical cost containment, the health risk management program is designed to help employees enhance their quality of life, make better use of health care services, contribute more fully to their workplace, and better serve their community. Provide participants and their dependents with Employee assistance programs, medical, dental, vision, group life accidental death and dismemberment and long-term disability. The plan is a cost sharing multiple employer plan with approximately 280 contributing employers. Membership in 2022 includes 19,116 enrollees.
