Program areas at ACSS
Acss maintains California's largest full-time staff of professional legal and labor experts dedicated to helping its membership through any career issues such as grievances, adverse actions, negative performance evaluations and rejection on probation.
Acss sponsored and supported legislation to improve members' pay, benefits, pension and working conditions that affect the members' careers.
Acss educates members on matters related to labor rules and issues by holding acss chapter meetings throughout the State. The Association publishes a monthly newsletter for the members' education on important issues related to the organization's mission.
