The Association for the Development of the Exceptional (ADE) is a private, non-profit agency has served Miami-Dade County's developmentally disabled population for more than 25 years. From their inception, their goal has been to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for exceptional adults. Their mission is to provide specialized academics and vocational training, focusing on each participant’s abilities, maximizing their potential while guiding them towards a path of acquired skills, self-determination and community inclusion.

We report to you enthusiastically, that for The first time since The pandemic we truly are turning The page and leaving those dark days behind. Ade has been blessed by our incredible staff who have carried on in The most unusual of circumstances, in order to continue serving our special population in The most creative of ways.during 2021-22 we have seen consumer enrollment increases and also increase rates for services rendered.received 100% compliance monitoring for:city of miamimiami dade county - office of management and budget agency for persons with disabilitiesqlarant foundationade received $350,000 from The tallahassee budget 2022, under doe,department of tourism and economic Development. These monies are geared for The construction of The "professional training kitchen". Ade has earmarked 35% of this project from our reserve's fund.
