Astronomy and astrophysics research programs: the organization operates a complementary suite of powerful, state of the art radio telescopes for research conducted by the international scientific community. The suite of telescopes include: the atacama large millimeter/submillimeter array, the robert c. byrd green bank telescope, expanded very large array, and the very large baseline array.
