It has committed to the education of over 600 dalit Women drawn from bangladesh, india, nepal, sri lanka and pakistan as it continues to recruit and educate Women who work as textile factory workers and those who come from a background in religious schools. 85% of our students attend on full scholarship made possible by supporters from the world over. This past year saw the emergence of a new masters in education program. Plans for offering a new masters in apparel and textile management, funded by hsbc, were announced. New partnerships with johns hopkins University, boston college, middlebury college, the University of basel and a host of other institutions were formed.
