Apacaf served as a fiscal agent for ttxi fund, which allowed for the organization of the 2018 thang tien 11 (tt11) international jamboree for vietnamese scouting; this accounted for 84% of apacaf's expenditure in 2018.
Apacaf's donors contributed $5,000 to the building of a bridge in long thoi village (in the providence of ben tre in vietnam) to help village pedestrians safely cross waterways after they experienced bad flooding in the area; this bridge helps villagers safely get to school and work.
Apacaf's donors contributed the $30,000 thang tien fund to dien hong youth Foundation so that they could prepare and organize future camps and jamborees for the scouts.
