The Asheville Tennis Association promotes and develops the growth of tennis in the Asheville area through various initiatives. They hold free clinics throughout the year, which are funded by their largest fundraiser - The Asheville Open Tournament. These clinics provide an opportunity to youth of color and persons with disabilities. Additionally, they offer low-cost adult and junior clinics, as well as participate in the Try Tennis & Try Play program in collaboration with the North Carolina Tennis Association.
