Program areas at Array Alliance

Array crew is an equal oppourtunity platform, with a mission to support professionals in the film and television industry from underrepresented populations. This includes, but is not limited to, women of all kinds and individuals of african american, hispanic, native american, asian american, Alaska native, native Hawaiian, and descend from the pacific islands.
Array 101 is an online education iniative delivering dynamic social impact learning guides for our Array releasing films and Array filmworks original content. Available to educational organizations and institutions and to the public for free, Array 101 expands out mission to amplify storytelling by black artists, people of color and women directors of all kinds. The learning companions provoke important conversations among students, educators, families, and communities around who we are and how we engage in the world.
Leap is the law enforcement accountability project, a propulsive fund dedicated to elevating activists storytelling as black artists pursue narrative change and distrupt the code of silence that exists around police aggression and misconduct.
Array grants: initiative encouraging people of extraordinary ability to pursue their own creatve and professional inclinationsarray ascend summit: supports individuals and organizations that advocate for poeple of color and women of all kind, with a special focus on community-building and creativity.array programming: advances social and cultural justice through the lens of storytelling and brings together women and artists of color to highlight important voices.
