Better tomorrows: when a woman is connected to a better job, her life is transformed. Awee provides the resources, help and support a woman needs to overcome obstacles and connect with the right position for her. Awee clients receive connections to Arizona's best employers to make great job matches; receive skills training, coaching, mentoring and support; assistance with transportation, wardrobe and interview preparation; access to the innovation economy via entrepreneurship training; leadership development opportunities; and connections to a supportive community that offers essential caring, nurturing and advocacy for long-term career success.
Supporting the growth of women business owners: with our Women's business center - the Arizona Women's Education and entrepreneur center (aweec) - we develop and expand women-owned businesses to strengthen their economic impact. We provide free Education and resources through one-on-one counseling, business training, workshops, online programs, mentoring and support networks to increase success, support women and assist those who are socially and/or economically disadvantaged.
