Community living services - Ardmore offers an array of housing and support options including group homes, supported living and personal support services. We understand that each person has unique and specific needs. We provide person centered services to meet those needs and support the dreams and desires of each person as it relates to his or her community life. Ardmore supports people who live in small group (3-4 ppl) settings, with their own family members, or completely on their own. Ardmore supports people with disabilities to make informed choices about where they live and who they live with. Ardmore encourages skill building and promotes choice to support people to progressively reach their highest level of independence and personal success.
Personal support services support services that enable individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to live on their own, with family or with housemates. The organization enables individuals to participate in shared recreational, social, educational, and/or spiritual activities as well as providing supervision, training, and support designed to enhance the individuals' quality of life.
Community development services & day services - the organization offers services for those individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities who want to be active in their community. Activities focus on developing the skills necessary to cultivate community connections, promote positive personal growth, meet and exceed educational goals, pursue employment options, and adjust socially for each individual. Highly individualized plans are used to articulate a vision of how each individual serviced wants to live his or her life and the steps that he or she needs to meet those personal, self-identified goals. Additionally, day services offers a range of daytime supports to unlock potential and enrich the quality of life for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. The organization provides transportation and a variety of activities to expose individuals to useful and new experiences. The organization coordinates activities in the community so people supporting can access a full community life. Day habilitation services closed as on 07/01/2021. Ardmore will be providing community development services to those who had been receiving day habilitation services, unless other service model chosen.
Employment supports - Ardmore utilizes a structured approach to assist people in exploring, obtaining and maintaining successful employment. Our employment team uses the customized employment process, which is designed to support a person to identify their ideal conditions for employment and match them with the needs of a local employer.
Respite services, autism waiver services, and other miscellaneous revenue sources that support the organization's mission.
Supported living - supported living services provide individualized supports, delivered in a personalized manner, to individuals who live in homes of their choice, with whom and where they want to live, and the type of community activities in which they wish to be involved based on their personal resources.
