Scholarships granted to first and second year post secondary students who have been active 4-H members. Awards are based on academic merit, and achievement in 4-H activities, school, and community. Also, grants may be awarded to individual 4-H members to attend citizenship focus in Washington, DC
Expenses paid or partial reimbursements made to 4-H members and adult leaders who are attending workshops, training, livestock judging contests, and/or educational camps; and outreach programs conducted in public schools
