Leading artists are brought from India, local cities in the U.S. and from other countries for this main event. The music festival was canceled third year in a row due to Covid-19 pandemic. This expense category mainly includes Visa filing expenses for artists international travel to the annual music festival to be conducted for in 2023.

OFFICE EXPENSES: The exempt purpose achievement for this category is the same as explained in the above two categories. Major expenses in this category include storage costs for all the equipment, paper products and all other items that are used every year during the annual music festival and purchase of laptop for the organization and internet line costs.

HONORARIUM: Leading artists are brought from India and other countries and also from several cities to perform South Indian classical music and dance, during the annual music and dance festival in Cleveland, OH, which is the main event for the Aradhana Committee during the year. This major activity by the organization promotes opportunities for the education of the public with respect to the culture and the study of vocal and instrumental music and dance and the enjoyment and wholesome utilization thereof. Although the music festival was canceled as mentioned in the expense category above, this category includes honorarium to the artists for the training of the children for the performances to be conducted during the festival in 2023.

PROGRAM EXPENSES: This expense category includes interest costs on the loan to the organization and other needed miscellaneous maintenance expenses to conduct the annual music festival. The explanation for the program service accomplishment is the same as explained above in other expense categories.
