Bridge went through a broad and extensive strategic planning process. We engaged more than 120 participants representing a wide range of stakeholders, including elected officials, non-profits, municipal leaders, private companies, financial institutions, regional real-estate organizations, chambers of commerce, Economic Development groups, and tourism organizations. This process included three roundtable discussions and dozens of one-on-one meetings. By listening to many voices from across the region, we along with our consultant (younger associates) identified shared priorities and opportunities to strengthen our Economic foundation and enhance quality of life.as a result of these discussions, a strategic plan was developed with six key focus areas identified as critical to our region's growth and prosperity:1. Market research: gather and share Economic data to help secure grants and funding2. Tri-cities airport growth: partner with the airport to attract more services and tenants3. Tourism: work with tourism partners to attract talent and improve quality of life4. Talent attraction: develop programs to attract and retain an engaged, skilled workforce5. Site Development: provide guidance and support for developing industrial and commercial sites6. Real estate Development: support private developers in creating commercial, retail, and residential projects
