Campaign management services - activities related to serving as a fiduciary agent for member Charities and in provision of campaign management services to public and private sector clients.ac campaign management services focus on delivering excellent customer service to meet the needs of public and private sector employers where ac manages their workplace giving programs. Services also include aggregating donor and pledge data, performing analyses of pledges and providing payment services. Ac delivers transparent, detailed, and customized reports to member Charities, other Charities, and public and private sector employers. In addition, ac assists member Charities' finance departments with budgeting and forecasting.
Member campaign services - activities related to the management of our members' participation in the federal government's annual campaign in which federal employees can give to support charity.in 2020, ac worked to generate unrestricted, sustainable financial support for its members through public sector workplace giving programs. Ac applied on behalf of its members and secured their participation in the nationwide cfc and over 60 state and local campaigns. Further, ac supported member charity participation in approximately 225 campaign related-events to support public sector employee giving.ac helps Charities generate critically needed unrestricted funds enabling those Charities to deliver programs and services for families, children, individuals and communities nationwide.ac also provides symposia, webinars, events, and training for Charities and employers focused on topics and issues such as employee charitable engagement, volunteer leadership development, donor relationship management and expectations, and leveraging social media.private sector - activities related to management of private sector clients and member charity participation in client and other private sector campaigns.in 2020, ac generated unrestricted, sustainable financial support for its members in private sector workplace giving programs. Ac managed private sector workplace giving/engagement programs for 60 employers and facilitated inclusion of member Charities to participate in an additional over 50 private sector workplace giving programs. Further, ac supported member charity participation in private sector events.ac shared intellectual capital and core competencies with Charities and employers around social responsibility, employee engagement, workplace giving, campaign management services, fundraising and marketing communications.
Employee assistance fund services - activities related to the creation and administration of employee assistance funds for a defined charitable class in each program. America's Charities managed over 100 employee assistance funds providing direct emergency financial assistance to approximately 13,000 eligible applicants who were impacted by a disaster or other personal emergency and met established fund guidelines.
