This civil and victims' rights organization supports charitable, educational, benevolent purposes, and civic and religious organizations, including defending and advocating for the human and civil rights of U.S. citizens who have become victims of oppression, human rights abuses, acts of organized violence, religious persecution, intolerance and other injustices, by aiding, encouraging and supporting the victims through legal civil action in obtaining compensation or monetary awards, for their suffering, from the perpetrators or organizations that are administratively accountable. Such steps foster civil rights and social and cultural tolerance, by focusing the public's attention on the actions of the perpetrators as well as the pain, suffering and tragic consequences visited upon the victims, and thereby discouraging further acts of violence.
