Hrsa health center controlled network (hccn) grant for the period 7/1/2021 - 6/30/2022. Three year hccn grant award for the period of august 1, 2019 through july 31, 2022 to support network of 46 health centers working together to use health information technology (hit) to improve operations and clinical practices. Hccns help health centers leverage hit to increase participation in value-based care by (i) enhancing the patient and provider experience; (ii) advancing interoperability; (iii) using data to enhance value; two year hccn grant awarded for the period of may 1, 2021 through april 30, 2023 to support participating health centers to leverage hit and data to respond to and mitigate the spread of covid-19, and enhance health care services and infrastructure; two year ahrq grant for the period of september 1, 2021 through august 31, 2023 to assess the impact of okq implementation on reproductive health metrics in the community health, primary care setting; hrsa grant for the period of september 1, 2021 through august 31, 2022 to strengthen the capacities of state and/or local-level organizations to respond to emerging public health issues affecting maternal and child health (mch) populations.
Foundation & corporate grants relate largely to Illinois contraception access now (ican!) Programs to improve the quality of and access to contraceptive care regardless of an individual's ability to pay. Ican is a state wide intiative to advance reproductive health equity and to close the contraceptive care gap.
