Alice Visionary Foundation Project improves the quality of life of the disadvantaged and vulnerable communities through education, poverty reduction, gender equality, and promotion of peace and justice. AVFP offers scholarships to girls, orphans, and vulnerable children while providing a feeding program to OVC. The foundation carries out girl's empowerment programs and mentorship programs throughout the Muhoroni District.

Program areas at Alice Visionary Foundation Project

Alice Visionary Foundation Project (AVFP) offers education scholarships to girls/Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), provides a feeding program to OVC, carries out girls' empowerment programs and girl's mentorship programs throughout the Muhoroni District in Kisumu County Kenya, Africa. Through contributions made to our sister organization in Kenya, Africa, we were able to carry out the following programs for 2024: * Education Scholarship Program: We were able to support 25 Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), consisting of 14 elementary and 11 high school students. * Lunch Feeding Program: 14 elementary OVC students. * Home Feeding Program: 6 elementary students. * Bible Study: 108 children/teens participated in this program. * Life Skills and Team Building Training: 180 teens completed this training * Team Building Sessions: 215 Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC's) * Menstrual Health Awareness Day - 81 girls were supported through this program and six of their teachers were present. * Caregivers/guardians counseling and emotional support: 14 of our caregivers/guardians. * Special Reading and Writing Training Sessions: 13 Junior OVC
