Alice M Jorgenson Charitable Trust

The Trust was funded in 2022 and obtained a Determination Letter from the IRS granting 501(c)(3) status. The Trust will support the Park River Centennial Tree project on the property owned by the City of Park River and the North Dakota Highway Department. The Trust is responsible for caring for the Park River Centennial Trees and the properties adjacent to the south portion of the east bike path of Park River. The Trust shall provide for the improvements, maintenance, care and development of the Park River Centennial Trees Area and not the path itself and for future improvement on the City of Park River Park District owned land presently known today as the Green Acres Addition to the City of Park River.
