Audit - to buttress public Safety in the Air Charter industry, acsf has developed Safety audit standards for the Air Charter industry. Acsf offers training on the acsf industry audit standards to independent auditors, so that the standards may be effectively utilized to ensure enhanced Safety levels.
Promotion, outreach and education - the acsf leads and supportsthe advancement of the highest Safety standards available to allowthe business, Charter and fractional ownership industry to offerthe safest Air transportation products in the world and to provideobjective information about these standards and services to thepublic. Membership primarily includes part 135 certificateholders, with the balance to include oems, brokers, insurers,customers, airports, and Safety professionals. Regular members areaircraft operators, management companies and brokers, whileassociate members are suppliers, vendors and consultants toaircraft operators. Affiliate members are other non-profitinstitutions and government organizations.
Symposium - acsf hosts an annual Air Charter Safety symposium. This symposium focuses on academic and scientific research pertaining to aviation Safety.
Avis training
Asap program - the acsf, in cooperation with the faa, has established an aviation Safety action program (asap). A. asap is a voluntary, self-reporting program that identifies and reduces possible flight Safety concerns, and mitigates risk. B. asap uses employee input to identify significant Safety concerns and issues; operational deficiencies; non-compliance with regulations; deviations from company policies and procedures; and unusual events. C. each report is investigated and corrective actions determined based on a non-discplinary approach to flight Safety.
