Community and industry educational forums are also offered in numerous areas of contstruction activities. The organization offers workforce solutions by promoting career opportunities that will attract, motivate, and develop skilled workers. Lastly, the organization developed and promoted the use of the nm construction and recycling guide which outlines waste management, recycling resources, and examples of projects built in nm using recycled materials.

Legislative program: the organization contributes to a pac fund that makes political contributions in some years and it lobbies the New Mexico state legislature regarding issues that affect the construction industry. The organization also provides educational materials concerning the stateus of the construction industry in nm.

The organization's training programs are funded by the nm state government and private company training initiatives. This program provides training for industry workers in various aspects of the construction industry such as apprenticeship programs, safety programs, building code regulations, licensing regulations, and various other technical applications. Also, the organization has provided extensive support in the establishment of a contstruction and engineering high school. The organization sponsors the ace leadership in high school. The high school is a free charter school that specializes in preparing students for careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.
