Legislative program: the organization contributes to a pac fund that makes political contributions in some years and it lobbies the New Mexico state legislature regarding issues that affect the construction industry. The organization also provides educational materials concerning the stateus of the construction industry in nm.
The organization's training programs are funded by the nm state government and private company training initiatives. This program provides training for industry workers in various aspects of the construction industry such as apprenticeship programs, safety programs, building code regulations, licensing regulations, and various other technical applications. Also, the organization has provided extensive support in the establishment of a contstruction and engineering high school. The organization sponsors the ace leadership in high school. The high school is a free charter school that specializes in preparing students for careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.
