African Blackwood Conservation Project

African Blackwood Conservation Project aims to conserve rare and threatened species, particularly African blackwood, by supplying tree seedlings for long term conservation and remediation of the tree cover on Mt. Kilimanjaro. They incur ongoing nursery expenses for cultivation and distribution of indigenous seedlings used for land remediation, preservation of indigenous and threatened species. The project has purchased a Toyota Landcruiser to obtain nursery materials and distribute tree seedlings to schools, farms and community programs.
