Program areas at Adult and Teen Challenge USA
Learning department: flourish executive conference held in september 2022 with 115 attendees. New directors conference held in april 2022 with 47 attendees. Held forge executive program capstone event & online hybrid training with 12 graduates. Hosted 12 atc bridge webinars. Provided 18,349 online training hours to 3,634 unique users through atc bridge lms system. Online training courses published for atc staff: psnl curriculum training (8); motivational interviewing (3); helping skills (3); spiritual formation (7); dna of a leader (10); non-profit marketing (4); healthy board governance (2); spanish translation of 14 online courses completed. Print curriculum published for atc students: preparing for success lifeskills (4); finding new strength leadership (4); spanish translation of breaking free curriculum (7). Ready now recovery conducted 9 online group training cohorts & launch webinars; provided 1,537 online learning hours to facilitator trainees; approved 56 new rnr facilitators; and launched 90 new rnr support groups across north america.
Advancement department: promotion of the ministry of atc by utilizing media outlets for airtime and printed magazine ads for curriculum. Developed and implemented the first federal grant for $475,000, using sober peer in 75 centers for the project. Blog posts and emails covering relevant topics and events and featuring interviews and research data on the drug epidemic. Reaching people in need through social media channels: national website, facebook, instagram, and twitter. Attended momentum, general council, aacc and citygate conferences to bring awareness and visibility of atc nationally.
Accreditation department: conducted 98 accreditation reviews from oct 2021-sept. 2022 with an annual goal of 75 centers. More visits were completed beyond the normal annual goal because of the last couple of years' affiliate site reviews that were not conducted due to the covid pandemic.
The other program was information services related expenses.
