ACLED Analysis Incorporated

The organization has continued expansion of its services regarding data collection, analysis, outreach and useability of data. The Organization collects the data on the location, date, actors, fatalities, and types of all reported political violence and protest events across Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, the Caribbean, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Europe, and the United States of America. The Organizations aim is to capture the forms, actors, dates and locations of political violence and protest as it occurs across states. The Organization conducts analysis to describe, explore, and test conflict scenarios, and makes both data and analysis open for free use by the public. The Organization receives most of its funding from grants from government agencies and foundations.
