Ementor connects individual for dynamic mentoring experiences that powerfully equip them with the career transition advice, skills and resources needed to advance in their personal and professional lives. Ementor also hosts the webinar series, which provides the military community with additional opportunities to connect directly with professional development experts and career opportunities.
Career coaching workshop and webinar series - career transition events, workshops, and discussions led by career coaches, industry experts, and top-caliber, military friendly organizations. Job seekers have the opportunity to connect virtually with influential hiring managers interested in meeting and employing military women leaders.distinguished speaker series - short, deep-dive events that are held in partnership with institutions of higher learning that bring together leaders in the military and veteran community, problem-solvers, and thought leaders to collectively tackle challenges, spark innovations, and inspire positive change. Event topics relate to the evolving world of women's leadership in critical disciplines.
Officer women leadership symposium (owls) - interactive professional development event that convenes women leaders in the military and veteran community, experts, innovators, and thought leaders to explore emerging trends, strengthen skills, and transform observations into actionable insights to lead positive change.
