Families and professionals enjoy easy access to training,fact sheets, and other resources on the INF2F website (www.inf2f.org). The INF2Fblog, newsletter, Facebook (English and Spanish) pages, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube channel are a sampling of the many ways INF2F engages with families andprofessionals. INF2F coordinates and hosts an annual day-long family-focusedconference, Heart to Heart, which features 13 presentations about topics important to families free of charge.INF2F supports professionals by providing case-level technical assistance andparticipating in Medical Case Conferences with physicians and social workers. We areactive members of many state-level organizational councils, workgroups, andprocessimprovement initiatives, working to build partnerships to reach additionalfamilies while advocating for family-centered systems and services.INF2F is the state-affiliated organization of Parent-to-Parent USA. Thisevidence-based program features trained volunteer parent mentors who are matched with families based on the childs diagnosis or if the family seeks information on aspecific topic.
