Program areas at Abilene Hope Haven
The organization has two programs. The first program, Bridge2Home, is a 25-bed, housing-focused shelter for single adults and families. Bridge2Home is designed to connect individuals and families to permanent housing. The second program, Hope Housing Services, is a permanent supportive house and rapid rehousing program that provides housing identification, financial assistance (security deposits, rental assistance, utilities, etc.), and case management with supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Hope Housing services connects individuals and families experiencing homeless to permanent housing in the community quickly, with the goal of working to become self-sufficient.
