A Future for Every Child

We continued to strengthen and expand our Launchpad for Adulthood program with our three charitable partner organizations in India. We are pleased to report that as of end of 2023 we have had 1256 participants in the program including 450 youth enrolled in 2023. To date, 439 youth have secured employment in steady jobs after successfully completing their programs and we have had less than 5% dropouts. We have also continued our conversational English learning program for the youth with over 300 participants. We also piloted access to a mental health platform for 200 youth and program officers to help provide them counseling support for career/personal emotional wellness.

We continued the FreeFlight program started in Fall 2021, a unique parent-teen membership club in the US, to help middle-school and high-school age teens navigate different pathways to adulthood. In partnership with Taarika Foundation, we conducted an 8-week program (in February/March) for children and their parents, on Mindfulness and Communication. We also conducted a one-week camp on Mindfulness and Safety in the Summer of 2023 for middle schoolers.
