• Am I eligible for nonprofit pricing?
  • Nonprofit pricing is only available for employees of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Eligibility is verified during the signup process.

• Will the Core plan allow me to download foundation personnel contact info (including emails) in bulk?
  • Yes, bulk exporting can be done using the Organization search for an additional cost of $0.50/record. You can learn more about Core A la carte exporting here.

• Can I upgrade from Core monthly to Core annual at any time?
  • Yes, and we will prorate any unused credit from the current month towards the cost of your annual subscription.
