When matching records with Cause IQ's CSV upload tool and/or Salesforce integration, we had customers ask to quickly search for records that weren't matched during the auto-match process. Our customers wanted to find records they were sure had a corresponding match in Cause IQ, but possibly had a different name iteration, wrong location, incorrect EIN, etc. in their system that was causing the record to fail the auto-match.

You'll now see a new search box at the very top of the "Unmatched" records page. Depending on the fields mapped, you have the option to search the unmatched list by name or EIN. Once you find the desired unmatched record, you can use the "Recommended" or "Search" match functions on the right of the page to create the link.
