Product update: Google G Suite and Microsoft Office 365 added to IT products used

Identify organizations using Google G Suite and Microsoft Office 365


Cause IQ customers use the IT products used field to segment organizations using specific software. We add products to this field reactively based on the suggestions we get from our customers, and we do our best to identify which products an organization uses.

Cause IQ recently identified organizations using Google G Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.). You can find organizations using these products by adding an IT products used filter with the appropriate selections. You can access the IT products used filter in the "Technology and social media" section of the search filter sidebar's "All" filters tab.

We do our best to identify which products an organization uses. Sometimes we just can't do it depending on the IT stack of the organizations, where the software is installed, how integrated their websites are, etc.
