Stay on top of your Cause IQ usage

Check your included usage status and check how much usage is required to process your exports

If included usage is a part of your Cause IQ subscription, you can easily view the status of your usage limits and how much usage is required to process an export

Check your Cause IQ usage status

To check the status of your usage and usage reset date, simply view the "User usage" section from your Dashboard or click on the user icon on the navigation bar. From there you can see your:

  • Number of unique organization records viewed/exported
  • Number of unique personnel records viewed/exported
  • Usage reset date

Check the status of your usage

See how much usage is required to run an export

You can check how much usage is required to process your exports in the "Confirm" step of the export process. To do so, simply choose the "Click here to have our systems run the numbers (may take a minute)" link, and Cause IQ provides the appropriate  numbers.
