If included usage is a part of your Cause IQ subscription, you can easily view the status of your usage limits and how much usage is required to process an export.
Heres a look at where you access your included usage stats and reset date from your Dashboard:

Please note that the "Company-wide usage" section is only shown for customers on the enterprise plan.
You can check how much usage is required to process your exports in the "Confirm" step of the export process. To do so, simply choose the "Click here to have our systems run the numbers (may take a minute)" link, and Cause IQ provides the appropriate numbers.
