Help Center

Cause IQ's new navigation bar allows you to easily access what you use most frequently on the website, all in one place. Before this update, you had to navigate to multiple pages to access your account settings, the Cause IQ Help Center, and your website activity. Cause IQ's new navigation bar includes these icons, where you have access to the following:

• Dashboard (house): takes you to your dashboard where you can access your activity history, saved searches, and account settings
  
• Activity history (clock): shows your most recent Cause IQ activity log and notifications
  
• Search (magnifying glass): run a new organization, people, or vendor search
  
• Help (question mark): see the most relevant help center articles, access Cause IQ's Help Center, and contact support
  
• My account (user): access your account settings, update payment method, and see the status of your usage limits (if applicable)
