In this article, we'll walk through the steps to cancel your Core month-to-month subscription with Cause IQ. Please note that this only applies to monthly subscribers, as Core annual subscriptions cannot be cancelled before the end of the term.

The first step is to access your Account settings page by clicking the user icon from your navigation bar at the top right of the website, and then selecting "Account settings." Here's a look at where you access your Account settings page from your navigation bar:

Note that you can also access your Account settings page from the Quick Links section at the bottom of the website. Simply click on "My account" to access your Account settings page, as shown here:

Next, you'll see a "Your Cause IQ subscription" section on the left side of the Account settings page. Click the "Cancel subscription" button at the bottom of this section to process your cancellation.

Here's a screenshot that shows where you'll find the "Cancel subscription" button on the Account settings page:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will maintain access to Cause IQ during this time.
• After cancellation, you will not be billed for the next billing cycle and your account will automatically revert to free status.
• If any questions come up during the cancellation process, click on the orange, circular chat widget at the bottom-right of the website to get help from the Cause IQ team.
