Cause IQ now has tax preparers (i.e., CPA firms) identified for private foundations

Cause IQ now has tax preparers for private foundations. We combed through about 40,000 private foundation Form 990-PF tax returns. While most private foundations didn't have a firm professionally prepare their taxes, about 15,000 did. The top five tax preparers for private foundations are:

  • PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (561)
  • Deloitte Tax LLP (432)
  • Ernst and Young US LLP (296)
  • McGladrey LLP (258) 
  • KPMG LLP (185)
